G9 The Original Harrington Jacket

-Elvis Presley popularised the G9 when he wore it 1958 in King Creol.

-Frank Sinatra wears his G9 in 1966 movie ‘Assault on a Queen’.

The ‘king of cool’ Steve McQueen, was also an fan of the G9 and was photographed wearing it on the front cover of Life Magazine and in his 1968 movie The Thomas Crown Affair.

And I myself bought one at Fribergs in Värnamo 1968. It's been many years since then and for a while a go I reminded myself how well I liked the jacket.

A quick surf and I found the Baracuta as it is also known.

The British Pound is at the moment cheap. So now I am considering seriously to order the most classic of all spring and summer jackets.
